When you contact us

Your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your message and handle your request. Please share only what is necessary. We use Zoho Mail to receive, store, and reply to these messages. See the Zoho Privacy Policy.

How long we keep messages

We delete ordinary correspondence within 12 months after your request is resolved. We keep unresolved requests and records needed for legal or security obligations only as long as necessary. Our service providers manage backups under their own retention policies.

You can contact us to ask about information you have shared or request its correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
