Records on your iPhone

Scope Session stores your targets, observing dates, exposure sets, equipment, ratings, notes, attached photo copies, draft and preferences on your device. The app has no developer-operated account, cloud sync, analytics or advertising service. Your device's backup settings may include this data.

Photos you choose

The app imports only the photo you select in Apple's picker. The attached copy is oriented, resized and stripped of source metadata. Your original stays in Photos. Selecting an iCloud-only photo may require Apple to download it.

Exports and backups

When you export a CSV, PDF or complete backup, you choose where it goes. Complete backups contain readable records and photo copies. Keep them somewhere you trust. The app cannot remove files you have shared with another app, person or storage provider.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and restores. Scope Session verifies your purchase and keeps an on-device access state. We do not operate a separate purchase account or receive your payment-card details.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to answer your request. Please share only what is needed, without passwords or payment details. We use Zoho Mail to receive, store and reply to messages.

We delete ordinary correspondence within 12 months after your request is resolved. We keep unresolved requests and records needed for legal or security obligations only as long as necessary. Our service providers manage backups under their own retention policies.

Deleting data

Delete an individual session to remove its record and attached copy. Settings → Delete All App Data removes sessions, attached copies, presets, drafts and preferences. It does not delete Photos originals, exported files, device backups or Apple purchase history.

This website

The Made by Kal website privacy notice covers hosting and site visits. These app pages have no tracking scripts, forms or cookies.
